>> ESL Restructure Streamlines The Business

As a result of the recent growth in all areas of its business, ESL has created three trading companies, each focusing on separate activities. This will enable the company to continue developing products and hosted services, whilst also giving attention to its popular consultancy business.

The three companies are as follows:

Systems – Eurosoft Systems Ltd focuses on the development of bespoke systems for specific clients. ESL can draw upon the experience of its own consultants who offer expertise in both software development and technical advice.

Services – Eurosoft Systems (Services) Ltd offers services such as DocumentMaster, EventMan™ and ContentMan™ as hosted applications. Customers can make use of these applications across the Internet with minimal impact on their own desktops, and have the reassurance of constant updates and full support.

Solutions – Eurosoft Systems (Solutions) Ltd has developed and is marketing a growing range of products, from the EventMan™ workflow solution and ResMan™ resource management tool, through to ContentMan™, a simple, yet powerful content management package, and VR Ticket, the virtual reality seat-booking system.

Russ Cole, ESL’s Managing Director, said: “Because our business is made up of diverse areas of expertise, we felt that it would be beneficial to create separate companies, each with specific aims and objectives. Although each company will work in tandem with the others, there will be more individual focus, which in turn will improve performance.”
